Apturra does not sell Gmail data.

Apturra does not use Gmail data for advertising.

Unverified signups:

  • automatically removed after 1 hour if email is not verified.

Soft-deleted job records:

  • may remain until permanently deleted by the user.

Gmail Data

While Gmail is connected, Apturra may retain:

  • Gmail OAuth credentials;
  • scan metadata;
  • classification logs;
  • automation records.

Apturra scans a limited window of recent Gmail activity for automation purposes.

Disconnecting Gmail removes active Gmail credentials and revokes associated Google authorization where applicable.

Automation and Security Logs

Apturra may retain:

  • automation processing logs;
  • automation logs;
  • security logs;
  • audit records;
  • debugging information.

These logs may be retained for:

  • reliability;
  • debugging;
  • abuse prevention;
  • security investigations;
  • service improvement.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their Apturra account through the application settings.

Deleting an account may permanently remove:

  • profile information;
  • jobs;
  • contacts;
  • Gmail integration data;
  • preferences;
  • automation logs;
  • related account data.

Some backup copies or infrastructure logs may temporarily persist as part of standard operational practices.
